Boxing requires a lot of muscular action in order to achieve a very large amount of speed in transferring strength from body mass to arm through the trunk that rushes forward strongly, when the boxer attacks or returns to the ready position and from movement to re-attack again, or when repeated Punches This is what makes the boxing player in urgent need of appropriate muscle strength to achieve a fast and accurate performance on the field.

For the close relationship and correlation between physical and skill preparation in boxing, we had to develop fitness elements, including muscle strength, which is the basis and the first influencing success in applying skills, whether offensive or defensive, because boxing is not limited to applications of technical aspects, but rather needs appropriate muscle strength for Connecting them with the appropriate kinetic timing for their performance and overcoming the competitor, so muscle strength is one of the important factors associated with good skill performance that we do not find a skill without, so the researchers deliberately prepared a training curriculum with weightlifting to develop the strength distinguished by the speed of the The straight line among young players in boxing, and the two researchers used the experimental approach with two experimental and control groups due to its relevance to the nature of the research, while the research sample consisted of Al-Khalis club boxing players, whose number (8) players were divided into two groups in a random manner through the lottery as each group consisted Of (4) players, the researchers found the development of the distinctive force with speed for the members of the experimental group as a result of using weightlifting in training.
