The study consists of five chaptersThis paper includes five sections as follows: The first section discusses the modern methods of teaching and their importance in achieving the desired learning goals of the individual and the society.
The methods, methods and strategies used in the teaching process for the intermediate stages in the various disciplines in general and the specialization of physical education in particular need to be developed.
In the effect of using a strategy of similarities in teaching some basic football skills to second-intermediate students.
As for the problem of research, the researcher examined through his experience in the field of teaching physical education a weakness in the learning of some football skills on the one hand and the lack of use of teachers in the strategy of similarities in the learning units.
On the other hand, after study and analysis, the researcher found it necessary to promote teaching methods to reach Students to a better level of learning in general and learn some basic skills of football in particular, and for the purpose of knowing the impact of using the strategy of similarities in learning some of the basic skills in football for middle school studentsAs for the second section, the researcher dealt with this section some topics related to the subject of research, when the concept of strategy of similarities was addressed The third section, the researcher used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research, and formed a sample of middle school students of one of Hittin schools in Baghdad.

And recommended to mainstream this idea to schools alike, because of their effective impact in the delivery of educational material faster to students
