Abstract EN

This article aims to examine the utterances added to Iman in the Sunna.

It also aims to collect these utterances in Hadiths and their narrations with a clarification of their meanings and the differences between these utterances as pertaining to the doctrine.

The study consists of an introduction, where the research problems are stated, and the study objectives, approach and plan are provided.

The second section is a preface where the status of the Sunna in being used as a proof in doctrine and the belief of Ahlus-Sunna wal-Jama'ah with regards to Iman in general.

The article includes also four other sections titled as Clear Iman, Absolute Iman, Part of Iman and Half of Iman, the Sweetness and Taste of Iman and the completeness of Iman.

The Hadiths containing these utterances were collected and their meanings were clarified linguistically and legally, as well as the doctrine issues related to them.

The study concludes with the most important findings and recommendations.
