Abstract EN

This article aims to demonstrate the comprehensiveness of Islamic law by studying the provisions of “Imamat Almasbouq Ghayruh”.

It demonstrates the meaning of “masbouq” and the provision of being Imam to others.

Almasbouq is someone nominated by Imam to be Iman in the prayer for a sudden reason, or to be followed when the first Imam’s prayer is finished.

There are also a number of jurisprudential issues related to this type of Imamat, clarifying the opinions of the jurists, explaining them, their evidence, discussion and mentioning the most correct of them.

The most important findings of the study are: Imamat Almasbouq is valid.

It is also based on the previous Imam’s prayer, and that he has the right to seek the help of those who pray after him, either by sign or observation without speaking.

If this is not possible, then it is permissible to build on his own prayer, or pray individually.

Imamat Almasbouq Ghayeri is permissible after completing the first Imam’s prayer except for the Juma’a prayer.
