This article aims to study the rule: (Disposition on the public depend on the interest), including the definition, evidence and application.

Moreover, it explains how to apply the rule on jurisprudential contemporary issues related to epidemics.

The study employs the inductive, analytical and descriptive approach.

It introduces the rule: (Disposition on the public depend on the interest), its evidence from the Holy Qur’an, Sunna and consensus, pinpointing its applications in the provisions of epidemics.

The most important findings of the study include: the State shall provide its citizens with healthcare, especially the citizens infected with epidemics.

The ruler or his deputy may prevent visiting the citizens infected with an epidemic.

The ruler or his deputy or the concerned authorities shall prevent goods monopoly during the epidemics outbreak.
