Abstract EN

This article aims to examine Hadiths narrated by Ibn Khuzaymah in his Sahih, saying “in sah alkhabar.

Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah is one of the books that received great attention from scholars, and considered by some of them as the third book after the two Sahihs in terms of correctness.

It includes many benefits such as increasing the Sahih over what is in “the two Sahihs” and the fact that its author stipulated the Sahih in his collection, but he found in it Hadiths that did not abide his condition.

However, he cited them in the form of not being certain as can be inferred from the meaning of “in sah alkhabar”.

Thus, it is crucial to find out what Ibn Khuzaymah intends in “in sah alkhabar”, and whether it is in violation of his conditions, or it is just a doubt.

The researcher collects the related Hadiths and then extracts them from the books of Sunna to reach a judgment on them and convey the critics’ statements about them, concluding with the important findings of the study.
