Abstract EN

This Studies, in a descriptive and analyt- ical approach, the subject of inheritance via Islamic allegiance.

I have approached this subject in the light of the Islamic four schools of thought.

I compared it's origin among them with the outweighing opinion on the issue after discussing the various views by applying the relevant rules and required fundamentals.

The research shows that a Muslim inherits the inheritance left behind the person at whose hands s/he embraced Islam should this Irrson have no inheritors.

This is termed as allegiance in Islam.

This ruling is not at odds with the Qur'anic verses nor with the prophet's traditions on inheritance nor with its common- ly known rulings in Islamic jurisdiction, simply because a Mus- lim can inherit the person at whose hands s/he embraced Islam should that person have no inheritors.

However, should there be inheritors, they have the priority to inherit him/her.
