Abstract EN

The article aims to demonstrate the impact of the Prophet’s (BPBH) smiling on Sharia provisions on obligatory, prohibitive and optional grounds and its connection to the scholars’ views.

We always observe the Hadiths of this issue, and hence it is important to know the significance of this issue on deciding Sharia provisions.

The study employs the inductive descriptive approach.

It consists of two topics: The first topic aims to state Sunna Taqririyyah, its reliability and divisions.

The second discusses the impact of smiling in the Taqriryyah Sunna on Sharia provisions obligatorily, prohibitively and optionally grounds, which is considered a full answer to the following questions: 1- What is the impact of smiling on deciding Sharia provisions? 2- Are there provisions acknowledged with a smile? 3- Is every smile of the Prophet’s (PBUH) considered a Taqririyyah Sunna? Thus, the study concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are: 1.

Emulating the Prophet (PBUH) requires knowing His Sunna because the one who studies His Sunna will find various scientific and practical matters that have crucial importance in Sharia provisions and their divisions.

The Prophet's (PBUH) smiling and laughing are part of Taqririyyah Sunna, which is in turnpart ofProphetic Sunna.

The Prophet s (PBUH) smile may be a sign ءه confirmation and approval of the act, or it may be a matter of restraining س forbidding the act that was acted in His presence, or was transmitted to him.

This also includes the five mandatory provisions.
