The study aims to prepare proposed exercises using a compression aid that is placed on the top of the legs and aims to obstruct blood supply to the legs during the performance of the exercises.

The study also aims to identify the effect of the program prepared by the researcher on some biochemical variables and the explosive strength of the legs muscles and Accuracy of scoring by jumping in the basketball.

The research sample represented by Al-Mustansiriya University team players in basketball, and the researcher used the opinions of experts and scientific sources and some tests, tools and devices to help him in completing the study.

The proposed training curriculum for training took (6) weeks, at 3 units per week, and the daily training unit time was 30 minutes.

The researcher reached several conclusions, including there are significant differences in the dimensional tests for the vertical jump test from stability in favor of the experimental sample.

The researcher recommended using the proposed exercises prepared from a kiss by using the pressure method to develop some physical capabilities of the legs and develop some types of basketball scoring.
