Abstract EN

The article aims to identify the tools used in the fifth-generation wars, and to explain the methods of confronting them from the perspective of Sharia.

The study employs the inductive approach through eliciting the opinions of scholars and specialists about the concept of fifth-generation wars and its tools.

It also makes use of the analytical approach, by rooting the methods of confronting the fifth-generation wars and analyzing them from the perspective of Sharia.

The study concludes that the most important tools used in the fifth- generation wars lie in creating destructive chaos, dividing society and country, calling for the partisanship of society and supporting parties in all their orientations.

It also concludes that the most important methods for confronting the fifth-generation wars from the perspective of Sharia lies in spreading the principles and concepts of moderate Sharia, warning members of society against the war of rumors, diversifying the sources of income for the country, working to strengthen the techniques of the security services, and fusion of Islamic or Arab countries or those who combine them in one territory for a union (Federal or Confederal), alliance or joint cooperation.
