Abstract EN

This article aims to address the religious celebrations in Yemen during the seventh century (AH) and the ninth century (AH).

The celebrations addressed are those of the two Eids, namely Alfitr and Aladha, and also those concerning Hajj and pilgrimage delegations, celebrating the nights, visiting the Islamic shrines, celebrating the Jews who converted into Islam, as well as on Fridays.

This is investigated to get to know the Islamic religious situation and highlight many of the public political, social, religious and scientific life, and above all the position of Bani Rasul Sultans about these celebrations.

It is also to get to know the purpose of these Sultans in celebrating these occasions due to manifesting great pageantry, singing and reciting poems, giving priceless gifts and presents to poets, scientists and also charity to the poor
