The end of the Cold War witnessed the emergence of a constructive approach at the level of international policy studies due to global transformations, and the amazing technological progress - due to the implications of globalization that established new perceptions of how the individual and societies are built - has a role in the emergence of the cultural dimension as an active and important variable in shaping international politics.

These repercussions have become challenges for countries and societies to preserve their local and national culture based on determinants that ensure them to stay and positive interaction with all that is new, and to avoid melting into a foreign culture that establishes a unified culture globalization of values and principles.
