Abstract EN

The objective of this Study is to identify the train- ing needs of high school leaders in Riyadh in the light of future school according to their point of view.

To achieve this goal, a sample consisting of (70) leaders was used, and the survey de- scriptive approach was used, and a quesftionnaire was applied that included (29) phrases, diQributed in two dimensions.

The Study outcomes reached the following: the degree of approval of the Qudy sample on the diQance of training needs for work lead- ership was (high); the members of the Study sample agree with a (high) degree on the dimension of training needs for training and professional development; and the Qudy sample members agree with a (high) degree on the dimension of training needs to activate participation with the local community.

Moreover, their degree of approval (high) on the obstacles that limit meeting the training needs of high school leaders in Riyadh in the light of the future school upon their point of view.
