Undoubtedly, the reduplication of the con- sonant and vowel sounds within the boundaries of the verb in Arabic language is likely to make it hard uttering such class of verbs and end up with a difflculty in their pronunciation, a matter that is disfavored and unwelcome by Arabic language.

Arabic language, therefore, resorted to the abandonment of doubling consonant and vowel sounds within the Structure of a verb as a way to make the pronunciation of such type of verbs smoother.

This Study, as such, is an attempt to identify the phenomena of reduplication deletion in order to clarify, interpret and discuss the views of Arabic language experts and scholars regarding this rocess.
