Abstract EN
In the era of the coronavirus pandemic.
Organizations have re-considered their strategies to develop response plans in the face of a changing environment.
Hence the demand for knowledge management mitigates the risks inherent in the Covid 19 crisis.
The objective of this article is to demonstrate, based on an exploratory qualitative study conducted within Moroccan organizations in the Souss Massa region, that the use of knowledge management dimensions is necessary to improve knowledge management processes.
The main result of this research is to propose an adapted model of knowledge management, which will allow organizations to improve their processes in times of crisis.
