Abstract EN

In this research we try to examine the dissemination of the proclamation of the first november, 1954 by the radio waves of Budapest, after the “The Arab voice” in Egypt, and the impact of this position through the administration French colonial, wich deepended its suspicion on the validity of the hypothesis of the international plot against France, on the other hand, this took place in the context of the cold war between the two camps of the East and the West.

In order to study this subject we deepened our bibliographical research.

we have concluded a number of results, we can mention them.

The justice of the Algerian cause, its historical, geograpohical and cultural peculiarities, the intensity of the dominion of over Algeria, people and soil since 1830, have stimulated élites, and organisations of different culture, religions, and philosophies to engage in a manar that reflecs their human presence.

as well as monitoring the leaders and officials of the Algerian revolution for all those who sympathize with the Algerian cause, no matter what the form of solidarity and deeping communication with him in order to encourage them by provinding media information to improve the political and media position.
