The study aimed to understand the level of social adaptability of working women in light of the pandemic in the professional, familial, and social ecosystems.

the methodology : the study used a descriptive approach through a comprehensive social survey that reached a number of responses from faculty of the college of arts at king Saud university.

the results indicated that the level of social adaptability for working women in the professional environment in light of COVID-reached a median of, and as for the familial adaptability in light of the pandemic, it has reached a median of, and lastly, the social adaptability has reached a median of.

as for the effects, the faculty responses indicated, from their perspectives, a median of.

as for the differences in adaptability levels for working women and its proportionality with demographic changes, it was shown that there are differences in regards to age with all adaptability levels other than in the professional ecosystem ; however, there are no differences with regards to academic levels.

and as for years of experience, there have been a few differences with regards to the professional ecosystem and marital status, in specific, married women have shown the highest level of adaptability.

in terms of presence of children, there have been differences in adaptability levels, as well as differences in adaptability levels depending on income in the professional and social ecosystem.
