Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to identify the role of the school in promoting the values of citizenship among the female students.

the study was conducted using the descriptive analytical method.

the data was collected through the questionaare used in three secondary schools in Mubarraz in al-Ahsa province (Noor al-Jabr, umm Salamah and eleventh).

the interview was also used as another tool to collect data with female guides who formed part of the study population which also included female teachers.

the sample size of the students was (223 female students).

they were selected by a simple random sampling method, with (123 female teachers and 3 female guides).

the study that reached several results including : there are a number elements and means by the school to promote the values of sitizenship in the hearts of students, specially there are a number of elements and means that the school is doing to promote the values of citizenship in the hearts of students, specially : the schools keenness to guide students to sing the national anthem in the morning queue, and motivate students committed to national values.

the results of the study also showed that the school to promote the values of sitizenship in the hearts of students, teachers played many roles, most notably the teacher and guide draw the attention of students to national achievement.
