Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to investigate the features of logical argument used by Sudanese university students in their writing.

A descriptive, analytic research method was adopted.

To collect the qualitative data, a questionnaire was utilized and distributed to 30 males and females students majoring English at Al .Neelain University.

The findings of the study indicated that the Sudanese EFL students’ writing was almost void of logical argument features.

The study also recommended the replication of this study elsewhere so as to arrive more results.
