فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (Moodle)‎ لتنمية الذكاء الإبداعي للطلاب المعلمين بكلية الإقتصاد المنزلي

Abstract EN

This research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a training program based on the e-learning management system (Moodle) on developing the creative intelligence of student-teachers at the Faculty of Home Economics.

The sample of the research consisted of (20) student-teachers from the fourth year students at the Educational Home Economics Division for the academic year 2020-2021.

The research used the experimental design which relies on one group with a pre and post measurement.

The training program was designed and the Academic Supervisor's Manual and the Student-Teacher Manual were prepared and uploaded to the Moodle e-learning management system.

The tool of the research, represented in the creative intelligence scale, was built and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified.

The scale was applied on the research sample members before the application of the proposed training program.

Then, the experiment of the research was conducted and the application of the tool was done after the application of the proposed training program.

The results confirmed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of student-teachers in the pre and post application.

This confirms the effectiveness of the training program in developing the dimensions of creative intelligence.
