Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الرسالة الى معرفة أثر اجمالي رأس المال العامل على معدل العائد على الاستثمار، و قد تم تطبيق الدراسة على شركة مناجم الفوسفات الاردنية، كدراسة حالة، حيث تم جمع البيانات اللازمة من خلال التقارير المالية السنوية المنشورة للشركة، للفترة المالية (2000-2019).

و اعتمدت الدراسة على مقاييس الاحصاء الوصفي و تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط لتحليل النتائج و اختبار الفرضيات.

و من أهم نتائج الدراسة، أظهرت نتائج اختبار الفرضية الرئيسة وجود أثر ايجابي معنوي لإجمالي رأس المال العامل على العائد على الاستثمار في شركة الفوسفات الأردنية، و هذا قد يرتبط بأن زيادة رأس المال العامل بأبعاده، يعتبر مؤشراً على كفاء و فاعلية عمليات الشركة، و يؤدي إلى الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد الذي يولد للشركة عوائد على الاستثمار بالموارد المتاحة، و أظهرت نتائج اختبار الفرضية الفرعية الأولى عدم الأثر المعنوي للمخزون على العائد على الاستثمار في شركة الفوسفات الأردنية، و هذا قد يرتبط بالدرجة الأولى لتفقيم المخزون بالتكلفة، و عدم تحويليه إلى مبيعات تحقق العوائد السنوية، و أظهرت نتائج اختبار الفرضية الفرعية الثانية وجود الأثر المعنوي الإيجابي للمدينون على العائد على الاستثمار في شركة الفوسفات الأردنية و هذا مؤشر على أن زيادة الذمم المدينة يعتبر مؤشرا على زيادة مبيعات الشركة السنوية، و الذي يرتبط بزيادة قدرة الشركة على تحقيق العوائد على الموارد المتاحة و المستغلة.

و قد أوصت الدراسة الي ضرورة أن تقوم شركة الفوسفات بملاءمة حجم رأس المال العامل مع حجم الأعمال و الاستثمار المتوقع خلال الفترة، و العمل على إدارة المخزون بشكل يتوافق مع حجم عمليات الشركة و زيادة القدرة التفاوضية مع وجود العملاء لتقليل طول فترات التحصيل.

English Abstract

This study aimed to know the impact of total working capital on the rate of return on investment The study was applied in the Jordanian Phosphate Mines Company, as a case study, where the necessary data were collected through the company's published annual financial reports, for the fiscal period (2000-2019) The study relied on descriptive statistics measures, and simple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses and analysis of the results.

Among the most important results of the study, the results of testing the main hypothesis showed a positive and significant effect of the total working capital on the return on investment in the Jordanian Phosphate Company, and this may be related to the fact that the increase in working capital, in its dimensions, is an indicator of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations, and leads to optimal utilization The results of the first sub-hypothesis test showed that there is no moral effect of the stock on the return on investment in the Jordanian Phosphate Company, and this may be related to the first degree of valuing the stock at cost, and not converting it into sales that achieve annual returns, and it showed The results of the second sub-hypothesis test: There is a positive moral effect of debtors on the return on investment in the Jordanian Phosphate Company, which is an indication that the increase in receivables is an indication of the company's annual sales increase, which is related to the company's ability to achieve returns on the available and exploited resources.

The study recommended the need for the Jordanian Phosphate Company to match the volume of working capital with the volume of business and investment expected during the period, to work on inventory management in a manner consistent with the volume of the company's operations, and to increase the bargaining power with customers to reduce the length of collection periods.
