Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة استخدام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة مؤتة للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في التدريس، و التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجههم باختلاف متغيرات الجنس و الرتبة الأكاديمية و الخبرة.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات و التي حققت معايير الصدق و الثبات، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (205) مبحوثاً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة، و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي و التحليلي.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام لدرجة استخدام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة مؤتة للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في التدريس قد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، بمتوسط حسابي (3.820).

و أوضحت النتائج أن المستوى العام للصعوبات الفنية و الإدارية في استخدام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة مؤتة للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في التدريس من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة قد جاءت بمستوى متوسط، بمتوسط حسابي (3.517)، و أوضحت النتائج أن المستوى العام للصعوبات المعرفية في استخدام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة مؤتة للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في التدريس من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة قد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، بمتوسط حسابي (3.727).

و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات عينة الدراسة نحو درجة استخدام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة مؤتة للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في التدريس باختلاف متغير الجنس و الرتبة الأكاديمية و الخبرة.

و بناءً على نتائج الدراسة، تم وضع عدد من التوصيات، و التي من أهمها : تطوير برامج تدريبية دورية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس فيما يخص استخدام المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في التدريس لمواكبة التطورات الحديثة و رفع الخبرات التكنولوجية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس.

English Abstract

This study mainly aims to identify Degree of use the faculty members at Mu'tah University for educational platforms in E-teaching and know the technical, administrative and cognitive difficulties they face, and this study aims to explore the differences between the average answers of the study sample towards the degree of use the faculty members at Muta’h University for educational platforms in E-teaching and know the technical, administrative and cognitive they face according to the variables of gender, academic rank, and the experience.

To achieve the aims of the study, the questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection that achieved the standards of honesty and reliability, The study sample was formed from 205 from faculty members at Muta’h university, and the data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistical methods.

The results of the study showed that the usage of the platforms in Eteaching by the faculty members at Muta’h University is very high in average (3.820) and the results show that the general level for the technical and administrative in the usage the platforms by the faculty members at Muta’h university is in medium level in average (3.517) and the results show that the general level for the cognitive difficulties in the usage of platforms by the faculty members at Muta’h university is high in average (3.727) and the results show that there is no statistically significant difference between the average answers of the study sample towards the degree of use the faculty members at Muta’h University for educational platforms in E-teaching and know the technical, administrative and cognitive they face according to the variables of gender, academic rank, and the experience.

Depend on the results of the study, number of recommendations were put, most significant one is improve training programs to the faculty members at Muta’h University especially in using the platforms in teaching process to keep up with recent developments and rise the experiences in technology for the faculty members
