Endowment Transformation: Transformation of the same endowed premises, how to and when such premises can be benefited according to Sharia regulations in case the endowed premises revenue is interrupted diminished, or in case of emerging a preponderant interest to transfer an endowment to another one which collect royalty and revenue more than the first.

Endowment transformation provisions must be founded and regulated maintaining the endowment, so that it will be a fiction made by anyone to domineer on the endowment funds, and then the endowment lost will be the result.

Meanwhile, disruption of endowment transforms it from a problem and burden into practical solutions keeping legislator›s purpose in terms of continuity.

Accordingly, the endowment transformation is a great economic interest, which shall be maintained as possible, because of positive repercussions on individuals and communities.
