Abstract EN

This research aims to identify how to activate the partnerships between the endowments and the profitable organizations.

To process the study issue, the researcher used the descriptive approach, the sample of the field study consisted of (313) individuals, and questionnaire distributed, contains three axes with 47 phrases, proved its sincerity and stability.

The study showed that the reality of partnerships between the endowments and profit organizations was a moderate, and the requirements came to a high degree.

The study also showed that there are many obstacles that impede the partnership between the endowments and profitability.

The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample according to the years of experience.

There were no differences in the other axes.

The reality of the partnerships between the endowments and the profit organizations at (0.01).

And the absence of statistically significant differences about the requirements of the partnership and its constraints according to the city variable.

The study concluded with a proposal to activate the partnerships between the endowments and profit organizations, the study recommended several recommendations: Making a model investment formula and circulating it to the competent authorities to invest the endowment funds in various fields.
