Abstract EN

This paper considers the causes of the appearance of the areas where signals are received with the distortions on the territory, served by the synchronous network of VHF-FM transmitters are seen.

The relation between the value of distortions and radio-frequency protection ratios is shown, the recommendations allowing the reduction of distortions value and decreasing the extent of the territory, on which they will take effect, are presented.
