This article discusses language disorders as a consequence of stroke with the objective of describing the language behaviour of stroke patients in order to conduct a classificatory study of linguistic deviations.
These are classified according to phonological, morphological, morphosyntactic, lexical, semantic and pragmatic levels.
The statistics revealed the lexical (75%) and phonological (66,66) as most representative.
Extensive studies would establish the level of linguistic analysis, the type of aphasia and the dysfunction of human organs.

Cet article aborde les troubles du langage comme conséquence des accidents vasculaires cérébraux (AVC) dans l'objectif de décrire le comportement langagier des patients victimes d'AVC afin de mener une étude classificatoire des déviations linguistiques.
Celles-ci sont classées selon les niveaux phonologiques, lexicales, morphologiques, morphosyntaxiques, sémantiques et pragmatiques.
Les statistiques ont dévoilées les déviations lexicales (75%) et phonologiques (66, 66%) comme les plus représentatives.
Des études approfondies permettraient d'établir le niveau d'analyse linguistique, le type d'aphasie et le dysfonctionnement des organes humains.
