The research revolves around a discussion of Imam Abi Al-Hassan AlDaraqutni about what he narrated on the hadith of Umar, may God be pleased with him, and he mentioned several problems, may God have mercy on him.

The first problem: in the weighting of the transmission novel.

And the second problem: which can be understood from the words of AlDaraqutni, and he followed him on the Muslim narration of the hadith through Ibn Wahb on the authority of Ibrahim bin Saad on the authority of his father on the authority of Abu Salamah on the authority of Aisha, and that the trustworthy people who narrated it on the authority of Ibrahim bin Saad only narrated it on the authority of Ibrahim bin Saad with his chain of transmission from Abu Hurairah It is not about Aisha.

And there is a third problem: This was not mentioned by Al-Daraqutni, but Abu Masoud al-Dimashqi referred to it as it was quoted from him by AlHamidi.

Abu Masoud said: As for the hadith of Ibn Ajlan on the authority of Saad, he says about it on the authority of Aisha.

Then the research was presented to discuss the problems; As for the first problem; So the transmission narration - even if the chain of transmission of Ya`qub bin Ibrahim is unique to it - is trustworthy and is likely to be unique, and the narration of Al Wasl according to Bukhari and Muslim does not affect the transmission Because Al Wasl’s narration is stronger than Al Irsal’s novel, and because Al Wasl’s story was narrated by trustworthy people in more ways than Al Irsal’s narration.

The reason for the difference, and God knows best, is that Abu Salamah narrated the hadith in these three ways and Sa’d bin Ibrahim carried it on his authority as well, and Sa’d narrated it once on the authority of Abu Huraira, once on the authority of Aisha, and once by a messenger, and the narrators on the authority of Sa’ad each of them narrated what he heard.

As for the second problem: the answer to this is that the trust alone does not harm, and because Ibn Wahb preserved the two paths, which increases our confidence in the validity of what is unique to him.

He was also not alone with this chain of transmission, but Ibn al-Hadd followed it, and he is trustworthy.

As for the third problem: from doubt about Ibn Ajlan’s narration on the authority of Aisha, it is not necessary for him to doubt Abu Masoud’s narration of Ibn Ajlan’s narration on the authority of Aisha.

Ibn Ajlan - even if he differed about it - then this hadith carried trustworthiness, such as AlLayth, Yahya bin Saeed, and Ibn Uyaynah.

Among his hadiths; He was also followed in that; It was followed by Ibn Wahb and Ibn Al-Hadid, and they are trustworthy on the authority of Ibrahim bin Saad on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Aisha.
