Abstract EN

this research aimed to know conceptual framework for internationalization of higher education and knowing the efforts made for internationalization in Yemeni universities through legislation, reports and periodicats and using of Descriptive curriculum and the research reached to the following results: the existence of legal regulations for internationalization need to be activated, the emergence of patterns and forms of internationalization such as: an external movement of students, an internal mobility of faculty members, and institutional mobility and others .

the Existence of bssic elements that support the internationalization, including: the ministry's in formation technology center, the national museum of science.

exitence of challenges for higher education: poor compliance with laws and regulations.

weak skill of strategic planning among academic and administrative leaders and inefficiency of workers in the field of quality and accreditation.

insufficient financial resources.

university curricula stagnation and not keeping pace with the epoch of knowledge economy.
