Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر رأس المال الفكري على الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية في الأردن، و من أجل تحقيق هذه الغاية تم جمع القوائم المالية للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان المالية، و قد تم اختيار (46) شركة صناعية مُدْرجَة في سوق عمان المالي، و قد قام الباحث باستخدام نموذج (pulic) (1998) لحساب المتغير المستقل و أبعاده.
و من أجل اختبار الفرضيات تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية .
(spss) توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لمتغير رأس المال الزبائني على الاداء المالي وعدم وجود اثر لكل من متغير رأس المال الفكري و رأس المال البشري ورأس المال الهيكلي على الاداء المالي للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان المالية.
و قد أوصت هذه الدراسة بالكثير من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري، و توعية العاملين بالشركات الصناعية بأهميتة، و ضرورة ادراك مفهوم رأس المال الفكري من قبل الشركات الصناعية ، و يجب على الشركات الصناعية توعية العاملين لديها بمفهوم مكونات رأس المال الفكري و أهميته في رفع مستوى الاداء لديهم، على الشركات الصناعية الاهتمام بالابداع و الابتكار لدى العاملين و العمل على تطوير مهاراتهم بشكل مستمر، و يوصي الباحث باجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تتعلق برأس المال الفكري و الأداء المالي في القطاعات المختلفة.
English Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the impact of intellectual capital on financial performance of the industrial companies in Jordan.
In order to achieve the study objectives, the financial reports of the industrial companies listed in Amman stock exchange were collected from a sample of (46) companies listed in Amman stock exchange.
The researcher used (Pulic) model to measure the independent variable and its dimensions.
In order to test the hypotheses, (SPSS) was used.
The results revealed that there is a statistically significant impact for the variable of customer capital on the financial performance, while there is no impact for the variables of human capital, intellectual capital and structural capital on the financial performance of the industrial companies enlisted in Amman stock exchange.
The study concluded with a number of recommendations, including the necessity of paying more attention to intellectual capital and educating those working in industrial companies about its importance and the necessity of realizing the concept of intellectual capital by the industrial companies.
The study also recommended the necessity of urging industrial companies to educate employees about the concept of the components of intellectual capital and its importance in raising their performance, where companies should promote innovation among employees and constantly develop their skills.
The study recommended the necessity of conducting further studies about intellectual capital and financial performance in the different sectors.
