Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify at developing of outputs for academic programs at Taiz University, situation of academic programs at the University of Taiz, and the most challenges facing the development of academic programs, and the most requirements for developing the outputs of academic programs at Taiz University, the research depended descriptive approach to achieving the research goals through of Delphi method and questionnaire (research tool) it was depended at group of experts according to many criteria as follows: - Experts from Taiz University, they are aware on all of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with need to a diversity between experts from multiple specializations.

- Experts who have contributions in the field of strategic planning or a member in strategic plan team at the university.

- Academic and administrative leaderships who can make of decision.

- experts who cooperate with the researcher.

- Experts who interests in developing of academic programs.

The Main results of research it was as follows: - developing of the teaching function through the development of the university professors, students and learning / teaching environment.

- developing of academic courses and programs.

- Developing of organizational and administrative structure.

- developing of human resources, academic and administrative leaderships.

- developing of infrastructure.

- developing of financial resources.

- developing of scientific research function.

- Developing the community service function.
