Arabic Abstract

تبحث الدراسة في فكر منطق القوة المتبع من الادارة الامريكية في تمرير وتطبيق صفقة القرن وهدفت الى ابراز أهم ما طرحة الفكر الغربي في كافة العصور للوصول الى ما توصل له الفكر الامريكي من اتباع منطق القوة وفرض الأمر الواقع، بما يخالف القوانين والانفاقات الدولية في فرض وتطبيق صفقة القرن، مع بيان الابعاد الديمغرافية والاقتصادية والسياسية للصفقة على الاردن وبيان ابرز سيناريوهات الصفقة واثرها على الاردن.

و تنبع أهمية الدراسة من خلال محاولتها التعرف على الرؤية الواقعية للادارة الامريكية في اتباع منطق القوة تجاه منطقة الشرق الاوسط، والرؤية "المثالية" للانظمة العربية في اتباع القانون من باب التبعية للغرب، وتضارب افكارها ومصالحها تجاه الصراع العربي الاسرائيلي، باتباع فكر التطبيع مع الكيان الصهيوني.

وتحاول الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس: هل فرض صفقة القرن باتباع منطق القوة مخالف للقوانين والاعراف الدولية السائدة وقدرة الادارة الامريكية فرض صفقة القرن على النظام العربي وخاصة على النظام الاردني؟ خلصت الدراسة الى ان القيادة الاردنية و الفلسطينية و العربية ادركت أن الادارة الامريكية منحازة وليست و سيطا للتسوية، و عليه لم يعد للعرب و للفلسطينيين و الاردنيين أي التزام عملي او اخلاقي في الاستمرار في مسار التسوية والتطبيع، و إلى وجوب تصدي الدول العربية و خاصة الدولة الاردنية لصفقة القرن، بالرجوع الى القوانين و القرارات الدولية التي تخالف جل بنود الصفقة، و تكاثف الجهود العربية و الاسلامية و خاصة الاردنية و الفلسطينية للوقوف ضد الصفقة.

English Abstract

The study examines the thought of the logic of power followed by the American administration in passing and implementing the deal of the century, and it aimed to highlight the most important proposals of Western thought in all ages to reach what the American thought has reached of following the logic of power and imposing a fait accompli, in violation of international laws and expenditures in imposing and applying The Deal of the Century, with an explanation of the demographic, economic and political dimensions of the deal on Jordan, and a statement of the most prominent scenarios of the deal and its impact on Jordan The importance of the study stems from its attempt to identify the realistic vision of the American administration in following the logic of force towards the Middle East, and the "ideal" vision of the Arab regimes in following the law as a matter of subordination to the West, and their conflicting ideas and interests towards the Arab-Israeli conflict, by following the idea of normalization with the Zionist entity.

The study attempts to answer the main question: Is imposing the deal of the century by following the logic of force contrary to the prevailing international laws and norms? And the US administration's ability to impose the deal of the century on the Arab regime, especially on the Jordanian regime ? The study concluded that the Jordanian, Palestinian and Arab leadership realized that the US administration is biased and is not a mediator for the settlement, and accordingly the Arabs, the Palestinians and the Jordanians no longer have any practical or moral obligation to continue the path of settlement and normalization, and that the Arab countries, especially the Jordanian state, must confront the deal of the century, by referring to the laws and decisions The international community that violates most of the terms of the deal, and the intensification of Arab and Islamic efforts, especially Jordanian and Palestinian, to stand against the deal.
