Abstract EN

In this research, the two methods of directed discovery and cooperative learning, and their prominent role in the educational process, are covered, as well as some basic skills and mental processes that the researchers used in the game of fencing.

Hence, the importance of research using the two methods of research on students to broaden their perceptions, which is reflected in their application of skill performance and their access to a better level of cognitive skills in the game of dueling.

As for the research problem: It is summarized that the researchers believe that many teachers do not take into account modernity, modern skill knowledge methods and mental processes in learning basic skills in the game of dueling, so the researchers see that the use of the two research methods is one of the basic necessities that play a large and effective role in the process of learning skills.
