Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة مدى فاعلية أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في تحسين جودة التعليم عن بعد و استخدام التكنولوجيا في المناهج التعليمية المحوسبة لدى معلمي الصفوف الثلاث الأولى في الأردن من وجهة نظرهم بأنفسهم، و التعرف على أثر المتغيرات الديمغرافية من (الجنس، عدد سنوات الخبرة، نوع المدرسة، أدوات التكنولوجيا في المناهج المحوسبة).

و اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (20) فقرة لمقياس جودة التعليم عن بعد من إعداد الباحث، و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، و تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (150) معلما و معلمه من معلمي الصفوف الثلاث الأولى، و تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية في المدارس الحكومية.

و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى درجة ممارسة فاعلية أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في تحسين جودة التعليم عن بعد و استخدام التكنولوجيا في المناهج التعليمية المحوسبة لدى معلمي الصفوف الثلاث الأولى في الأردن، من وجهة نظرهم للمجالات الثلاثة جاءت مرتفعة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لمجالات أداة الدراسة (3.54)، و بانحراف معياري (0.88) بدرجة مرتفعة ؛ و قد تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية للمجالات بين (3.33-3.70)، جاء بالرتبة الأولى مجال (إدراك مفهوم التعلم عن بعد) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.70)، و بانحراف معياري (0.94) و بدرجة ممارسة مرتفعة ؛ و جاء بالرتبة الثانية مجال (استخدام التكنولوجيا المحوسبة) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.61)، و بانحراف معياري (0.87) و بدرجة ممارسة مرتفعة ؛ و جاء بالرتبة الثالثة مجال (تقنيات جودة التعلم عن بعد) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.33)، و بانحراف معياري (0.85) و بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة ؛ و كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، عدد سنوات الخبرة، نوع المدرسة، أدوات التكنولوجيا في المناهج المحوسبة).

English Abstract

The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of faculty members in improving the quality of distance education and the use of technology in computerized educational curricula for teachers of the first three grades in Jordan from their own point of view, and to identify the impact of demographic variables (gender, number of years of experience, type of school, technology tools in computerized curricula.

the study relied on the descriptive survey approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (20) items was prepared to measure the quality of distance education prepared by the researcher, and its validity and reliability were verified, and it was distributed to the study sample consisting of (150) teachers of the three grades teachers.

first, they were randomly selected in public schools.

the results showed that the degree of practicing the effectiveness of faculty members in improving the quality of distance education and the use of technology in the computerized educational curricula of teachers of the first three grades in Jordan, from their point of view of the three domains, was high, as the total arithmetic mean of the study tool domains was (3.54), with a standard deviation (0.88) of a high degree ; the arithmetic averages of the fields ranged between (3.33-3.70), the domain (perception of the concept of distance learning) ranked first, with an arithmetic mean of (3.70), a standard deviation of (0.94), and a high degree of practice ; in the second rank came the field (use of computerized technology) with a mean of (3.61), a standard deviation of (0.87) and a high degree of practice ; in the third rank came the field (quality of distance learning techniques) with a mean of (3.33), a standard deviation of (0.85) and a medium practice degree ; the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) due to demographic variables (gender, number of years of experience, type of school, technology tools in computerized curricula).
