This study draws attention to the importance of the science of Islamic culture and its role in preserving the identity of the Islamic nation, adhering to its identity, and fortifying against the challenges it faces., and also a statement of the integration between the science of Islamic culture and the Islamic call, and adopted the inductive, analytical and deductive approach; and that is by extrapolating some of the original literature in the science of Islamic culture, then analyzing its topics and eliciting the most prominent ideas and elements that Islamic culture deals with and is concerned with studying, which have a great impact on deepening belonging to Islam, preserving identity and serving the Islamic call, the research concluded that each identity has its own elements and components, and these components complement each other; to adopt a strong personality and a cohesive society that can face the challenges and dangers to which it is exposed, and protect its identity from assimilation into other identities.

he also concluded that among the most important components of religious identity are the Islamic faith, the Arabic language, Islamic history, heritage, common cultural unity, customs and traditions, and pride.

he also concluded that the science of Islamic culture took great care of the most prominent elements of identity by defining it, explaining its importance, and highlighting the slander around it while responding to it, and urging adherence to it, and that one of the most important doctrinal facts and conceptions dealt with by the science of Islamic culture, and has the greatest impact on deepening the Islamic identity, is the correct perceptions of god, the universe, and man, in addition to the belief in the six pillars.

the research recommends taking care of teaching the Islamic culture course in all Islamic departments, colleges and universities; because of its great impact on deepening belonging to Islam and protection from imitation and assimilation, it also recommends working to strengthen the Islamic identity and protect it by all possible means from everything that weakens or desecrates it.
