Abstract EN

This study sheds light on the heritage term and the extent of its investment in modern Arabic linguistic writings, and we stood specifically on this grammatical term mat Tammam Hassan through his book "the Arabic language and its meaning" which is the most important of his works, where he deposited a summary of this thoughts on the descriptive approach and devoted it to describing the Arabic language by adopting the sayings of the prophetic method, trying to re-read the grammatical heritage in the light of contextual structural theory.

we want to reveal the extent of adherence to modern linguistics, headed by Tammam Hassan, in the heritage term, in light of the call in the linguistic arena for renewal at all levels.
