Abstract EN

The present paper aims to shed light on soft leadership, its origin, importance, types and dimensions, and to identify the role of strategic performance and the entrances to its measurement, as well as the basic requirements for its evaluation.

It shows the role of soft leadership in achieving the outstanding strategic performance in the paper sample represented in (Diwaniyah Roads and Bridges Directorate, one of the formations of the Public Authority for Roads and Bridges, Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works) through a questionnaire that is presented and distributed to the paper sample, which amounts to 85 questionnaires, only 78 of them have been retrieved, and the results are based on the role played by these strategies in predicting strategic performance.
