After linguistic sign systems have received comprehensive scientific attention, it has become justified and useful to make a parallel effort against non-linguistic systems, especially since all languages contain a semiological system seen in all human societies.

This article investigates a group of heritage texts without turning its neck, and draws a similarity between them and modern linguistic thought, especially with regard to semiotic research, with the aim of discovering the care of the non-linguistic sign in the research of the ancients, through the cosmic, physical, indicative, indicative and symbolic sign.

The article points out that the Arab mind has not lost sight of the non-linguistic sign, and it has been included in many texts, even if it is not called by its modern names.
