One of the impacts of the right on ego is Euthanasia.

Euthanasia may be conducted by the individual or other and in each case, it may be done by action or leave of action.

In case that it is conducted by patient, this act is haram and arguments consider it as suicide.

In terms of situational verdict, since the patient has assisted in homicide, surety is negated but when homicide is committed on pity by someone else, it is not seen as suicide even if that person is satisfied.

However, article 365 of Iranian Civil Code accepts surety negation theory.
