Abstract EN

These days, Nuclear energy is considered among the industrial essential needs in countries and it is impossible to provide the energy required for industrial needs and some of the medicine without it.

Beside the peaceful usages of nuclear energy, there are unpeaceful applications which are considered among the most dangerous, detrimental and controversial military stuff and also viewed as a weapon of genocide which is unusual or strategic one against the humanity.

Regarding unpeaceful applications of nuclear energy, there is a main question about producing and accumulating nuclear weapons in military consumptions.

This research tries to answer this main question so we surveyed adjudicators′ opinions about this matter and verses, narrations and the life style of imams were considered too.

The results showed that the jurisprudence commandment of producing and accumulating nuclear weapons due to several reasons like Imam Sadiq′narration are considered among the unlawful industries in which no peaceful aspects can be imagined in them and the necessities to keep one′s promise in the prohibiting-atomic weapon development based contract (NPT) and the necessity for avoiding the possible disadvantage of accumulating nuclear weapons all lead to unlawful application of using nuclear weapons in war
