The language is a means of communication between people, found in the existence of the group, and developed in response to the development of the life of the group, expressing the ideas, aspirations, feelings and concerns of its members, the language went beyond normal as a means of communication, becoming the human self-translation and the measure of the advancement of societies and culture.

the controversy surrounding the language of popular poetry, as a popular language, as different opinions of scholars and critics around them : some of them consider the language of authentic high-class, keeping pace with the cultural level of this group, in contrast there are those who describe this language popular and illiteracy, reflect the decline of the cultural level of society.

the study of this linguistic cultural phenomenon requires that we address different elements, to clarify the relationship between popular poetry and popular culture.
