George Kangilam (1904-1995) shows that the biological phenomenon includes various aspects, including the state of normal and the state of the sick as well, where a person becomes abnormal in his health, when he violates the nature of the criterion that indicates balanced and sound health, and this is what he likens to judging values, when a deviation is made man from the correct standard of morality, he is judged to commit a moral misdemeanor or sin, which makes him deprived within the society in which he lives, and gives Kangilam a different conception of the standard, which carries different meanings in his belief, which is initially of a biological nature, and then carries a realistic social meaning, after that, the criterion acquires an ontological dimension, related to the lived experience that a person lives in the external world, and due to its plurality, the proportion of criteria increases.
