The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among doctors and nurses in public health institutions in El-Meghaier district, to achieve this, a model was developed consisting of an independent variable represented in ethical leadership, and a dependent variable represented in organizational citizenship behaviour.

A questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting data from the study sample, which numbered 63 doctors and nurses.

The results indicated that there is a statistically significant effect of ethical leadership on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and there is a statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members towards the level of ethical leadership due to the career level, while There are no statistically significant differences towards the level of ethical due to the variables of gender, age and years of experience.
