This study came to present a presentation indicating the interconnected relationship between the knowledge team as a requirement and support for knowledge management and as a practice for the development of human competencies in organizations.

Where the increasing importance of knowledge management and knowledge team in the organization affects the development of human competencies.

The study concluded that the process of developing human competencies is the sum of activities that lead to increasing the profitability and current and future capabilities of individuals through the knowledge teams formed with in the organizations.
