This study aims to know the level of teachers' attitudes towards the French language program for the fourth year of primary school, and the study sample consisted of (80) teachers at the primary level and who are affiliated with the directorates of education for the states of El-Oued, Batna, Ouargla, and Oran in the 2017 academic year, and the researchers built A questionnaire about teachers' attitudes towards the French language program for the fourth year of primary school.

(26) paragraphs were formulated that covered four areas and include the first dimension (objectives), the second dimension (content), the third dimension (teaching methods and activities), and the fourth dimension (evaluation and learning difficulties).

The study reached the following results: - The level of teachers' attitudes towards the French language program for the fourth year of primary school was low.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of teachers' attitudes towards the French language program for the fourth year of primary school, according to the teacher's gender (male, female).
