The study aimed to measure the impact of organizational agility with its dimensions (the ability to exploit opportunities, flexibility, speed, adaptation with environment) on crisis management with its dimensions (before, during and after the crisis) at the information technology companies in Jordan.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method for data collection and analysis, through designing a questionnaire prepared for collecting data from companies’ employees.

It was analyzed through a statistical package for social science (SPSS) and then it was processed according to the tests that achieve the purpose of the study.

The study population consist of 210 employees wording at information technology companies in Jordan, and the sampling unit was composed of managers and deputies in information technology companies in Jordan.

The number of managers and vice presidents in these companies was(272).The study was conducted in a comprehensive survey.

This study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The results showed a statistically significant impct at the level of (0.05 = α) of organizational agility with dimensions (ability to exploit opportunities, flexibility, speed, adaptation to the environment) to manage crisis in their dimensions (before crisis, during crisis, after crisis) in technology companies Information in Jordan.The study recommends the management of information technology companies in Jordan to empower their employees and give them more powers in the event of crisis to make the appropriate decisions to deal with the events at the right time.
