Abstract EN

This easy research aims to demonstrate the importance of studying the fundamentals of jurisprudence for specialists of regulations (law), by applying a research from the investigations of the origins of jurisprudence to part of the legal texts, which is the absolute and restricted research, since the fundamentalist method provided to us by the scholars of the Islamic nation in it is the maintenance of understanding and thought, and the dismantling of the apparent mental conflict, and it is aided to understand the systems properly.

The research began with the definition of the absolute and the restricted, and then distinguished the absolute and restricted from what might be mixed with them, which included a statement of the distinction between the public and the private on the one hand and the absolute and the restricted on the other, and then included the statement of the conditions of the absolute and the restricted in the regulations and the applications of this on the texts of the Saudi regime.
