Abstract EN

The research discussed the paths of the Muslim theologians “FAQIH” of the four schools, and how they correct their doctrines.

In the preamble, the research identified the terms: Path, Rectification, as the researcher pointed out that they are four paths, i.e., the path of the majority, the path of the scientific investigation, path of the Imams’ texts and their origins “references”, and the path of the evidence.

So, the research explained all of these and figured out what this means, by giving the proper instances for each from the books of each sect, using the inductive methodology including the analysis and the induction.
