Cultural Heritage in its public concept is a manifestation of the history of peoples and nations.

It is a fundamental pillar of the cultural identity and a title of its civilizational pride.

Algeria is among these countries whose present is related to its past and that its diverse cultural Heritage including edifices, landmarks, monuments, customs, traditions, music and folklore, all these promote its presence in the global cultural heritage.

Furthermore, nations cannot develope nor step forward unless the revive their heritage and preserve it.

The Heritage most important distinguishing feature is its continuity and extension to future generations.

Taking this into consideration, the purpose of this research paper is to address one of the most important ksur that reflects a distinctive architectural legacy in the southern regions of Algeria, which displays the specificity and structure of society.

It represents a real record of all social, intellectual and cultural aspects.

Throughout this research paper, we will demonstrate the touristic potential of the Ksur and the signs of cultural tourism development in Algeria by Highlighting this architectural building, identifying its tourism components in order to discover its treasures beside providing alternative solutions for cultural tourism in the region and making it an important economic resource that benefits the people of the region and the country in .

It was necessary to formulate the problem of research, namely This research aims to identify these components and the reality of their application in tourism activities in the region in addition to support a tourism development strategy that improves the socio-economic development of the region without any damaging of the public sphere and monuments, finally, to preserve the integrity of biodiversity and the environment
