The child, and through his contact with society, is subject to many different crimes that may affect his body, his honor, his thought, which are from different sources, whether direct or indirect, and may result in material and moral damage to him, and therefore it was necessary to legislative intervention through the allocation of many One of the legal texts aimed at protecting him, and among the crimes that currently affect the child and may affect his entity, we find the cyber crime, and therefore it was necessary to study this topic legally and try to determine and an attempt to identify how the Algerian legislator embodies this protection through the various legal texts put for this purpose.
