however, despite the efforts made by the Algerian legislator to improve the investment climate, many obstacles remain for the investor, whose financing is the most important and the banks are the most important source.

however, financial and banking institutions are exposed to many risks, the most important of which is liquidity risk.

therefore, a self-financing system has been designed to avoid the problems of traditional financing, which depends on the assets of the institution by selling the commercial rights that the institution holds against others under a financing contract.

for a special purpose entity (SPE), which in turn issues securities secured by these assets, which is known as securitization (mortgage refinancing).
